Telekom Case Study
Mission: Steve was chartered to assemble the team to deliver a completely new redesign from a User Experience perspective of the entire portal for Telekom Slovenije. TS is expanding from being a Quad-Play company offering wireless, wired, entertainment products and services to being a service company offering much more. Steve was responsible for putting together the team and generating the new design based on sound methodologies.
Approach: Steve setup an Agile UX team that focused on rapid prototyping and iterative design constantly being validated with end users.

Results:
- Drastic usability improvements in the most critical areas
- Introduction of new Conversion Flows
